Communicating and truly understanding peoples’ wants and needs is the goal of every loving heart centered person. There is no higher goal in meeting with someone then to truly hear beyond their words to understand who they are and how support them as they create change.

Take a few minutes and move your arms, legs, neck, back and of course your bootie about!  Do it gently please!

Laugh – animals antics

It feels so good to unwind and laugh at the ridiculous things some pets do. Gotta love it.

Some wise person once said “Laughter is good for the soul.”  It raises the feel good hormones in the body and works like a breath of fresh air quickly resetting your energy, open your heart and increasing our gratitude for the little things in life. Laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress and it is fun, free, and easy to use.
